In 1994, Kent Eley joined Century 21 New Millennium bringing his vast knowledge of the Northern Virginia area, direct sales experience, and his background as a top realtor since 1988.  Kent serves as the Associate Broker of Century 21 and is the founder of Agent E & Associates which he began in 1996 to further expand his reach in the surrounding communities. Joined by his side is Kent’s wife Barclay who began her career in the real estate industry on the mortgage loan side and moved to real estate sales in 2001. Together, they are leaders of a successful, dynamic real estate team in Northern Virginia.

 

Kent Eley has been a force in the real estate industry for over 25 years. His ability to read market conditions and anticipate market trends has afforded him success in both retail and REO sectors. His clients and associates depend on his commitment to exemplary service, and always staying in touch both during the transaction and for years to come. In addition to leading an award winning team, he speaks to novice Century 21 agents at least monthly to share his experience and his “10 Keys to Success.” Agent E and Associates finished #1 in both units and AGC (Adjusted Gross Commissions) for Century 21 Mid-Atlantic Region which covers MD, DC, VA, DE and WV. In addition, his team was #5 in AGC for all of Century 21 nationwide. Kent believes in ongoing education, and holds licenses in MD, VA, and DC, as well as Associate Broker, GRI, CRS, and CDPE. His strong work ethic is admired by his colleagues and he is well known throughout the industry for his high energy and integrity.

 

The Agent E Team consistently wins sales and service award and ranks nationally each year and became a listing broker in 2013 with Matt Martin Real Estate Management LLC (MMREM) which provides real estate services to the Federal Government, various state and local municipalities, financial institutions, and mortgage investors. The Agent E Team manages, markets, and sells the HUD properties through this partnership in the Northern Virginia area.
